We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or here, with details of the product and the defect. We will give you the instructions for the return.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
The items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please email us at email@example.com to gain authorization to return. Sale Items are non-returnable unless faulty.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us here. All exchanges will require customer to pay for shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
